When a regional healthcare facility was looking to revamp their pre-existing interface, the challenge was to help employees find resources more quickly and keep them up-to-date on critical tasks. The strategy was a two-front approach: first, reorganize the system by grouping apps most used by employees, and second, introduce a visually cohesive look built around the client’s existing logo.
By highlighting popular applications and functions employees use on a daily basis through color and sizing, we reduced the amount of time employees needed to spend on the intranet.
